Kabu Bracelet
Beautiful handmade bracelet with a 5cm diameter. Made up of multi-colored wax nylon cords and featuring a large silver elephant charm.
The bracelets from our first collection feature elephant charms and are dedicated to elephants that have been rescued from horrible situations and are now being rehabilitated and living in sanctuaries in Thailand. The magnificent elephant traditionally represents wisdom, good luck, strength and wearing it reflects these qualities on yourself.
This bracelet is named after the elephant Kabu who was born in 1990 and has a terrible past. She was born into the timber industry and followed her mother around as she labored until she was big enough to work herself. When she was 2 she broke her leg and did not get proper medical care and was still forced to work. This has caused her left leg to become severely deformed and handicapped. Fortunately, she was rescued and accepted into a herd at a sanctuary where her special needs are tended to around the clock by her caretakers.
TAI bracelets are handmade from different parts of Asia. They are a beautifully subtle accessory to your outfit when you wear just one and are stackable to make a bolder statement.
**Please note that due to the handmade nature of the bracelets, the charms may vary in style but will remain an elephant. You will be receiving a truly unique product!
